Returns are accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days from when you received the item. The item must be returned in new condition. After 14 days and up to 30 days the item may be returned for store credit only. Loss or damage to return items shipped without insurance will not be reimbursed.
We'll reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship to the United States. If you live outside of the United States you may contact us for a quote. Free shipping is USPS 1st class mail. You can request USPS Priority mail upgrade to receive your item faster. Priority mail starts at 8.25 including $50 of insurance. If more insurance is requested it will be charged at the USPS price.
